Probiotics and Antifungals
Probiotics are not antifungals.Probiotics do not fight fungi.
Yeast and bacteria in untold numbers are secreted into the stomach contents as they enters the upper intestines. These microorganisms may number in the tens of millions. If you'll look at the image of a galaxy below, you'll note how much empty space there is and how many different types of stars, planets and other objects there are and see that they all coexist and they are in the millions. The inside of your stomach is like a galaxy, and there are a myriad of different sized objects in motion together, including the small masses of the food you eat, digestive secretions, etc. As the food mass moves into and through the small intestines it picks up digestive secretions and microorganisms from the intestinal wall. The length of travel time from food entry into the digestive system to its eixit determines the length of time yeast has to grow and reproduce in your system and the longer it has to settle in into, and infect (infest) your lower G.I. tract.
